Who I am

My name is Angela Azmitia, and I’ve been navigating real estate and renovation since my first home project in 2017. Tackling that renovation on my own—with no prior experience—gave me firsthand insight into how overwhelming decisions around cost, risk, and long-term affordability can feel. Nights spent at the kitchen table running the numbers taught me to think critically about equity, financial trade-offs, and the real impact of each choice.

That experience, and the many projects since, shaped why I do this work: helping homeowners make informed, confident decisions throughout their renovation journey.

I hold a Master of Science in Real Estate from Roosevelt University and a Master of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and my work has been recognized with honors including the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation Real Estate Scholar award, NAIOP Chicago University Scholar recognition, the Goldie Scholar award, and the Teresa Hipolito Roldan Scholarship for Tomorrow’s Hispanic Leaders in Real Estate. If you’re considering a renovation or want guidance on your next project, I’d love to connect and explore how I can help.
